The insurance covers injuries, illnesses and related diagnostics, treatment and subsequent necessary care for the insured animal to the agreed extent and according to the agreed Terms and Conditions.

It often happens that an animal causes some damage which can be financially demanding. We provide liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of 2 million CZK as part of the package.

Higher levels of insurance include extra care insurance, which includes hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, magnetotherapy and many other therapies that can help your pet heal faster.

It is an extremely sad event when our four-legged partner goes to the other shore. If this happens due to injury or illness, we also provide pet death insurance at higher levels of cover.

If you travel with your pet in Europe, you can insure it separately for this period. Of course, clients with regular insurance have a better price, but those who do not have regular health insurance can also take out insurance.

For breeders we have a separate insurance program that allows insurance of puppies or kittens from the litter from birth to the time of delivery and many other benefits. We have information on a separate page for breeders.

The insurance is open to any dog or cat from the 50th day of age (for registered breeders from birth), which has or will have within 30 days of the agreement an unambiguous chip identification and does not come from a breeding farm. Age limits of 6, 8 and 10 years inclusive for large, medium and small breeds apply on entry. There are no other restrictions.

Our clients visit our contracted vets, of which we now cover approximately 90% of all those operating in the Czech Republic. In the event of a life-threatening condition of an animal, go quickly to the nearest one. Health of the animal is our first priority. You can find the list of cour contracted vets here.

Yes. However, there is a normal exclusion for treatment for injuries or illnesses that happened before you joined the policy or during the waiting period. This is 3 days for an injury and 30 days for an illness. For several orthopedic conditions, we have a longer exclusion of 180 days.

Yes. Contact us and you will receive an allowance for each additional animal on your policy. Plus, if you refer us to your friends and they insure their pet, you'll get a valuable reward too.
